Swedish Massage
A popular, gentle, full-body treatment which is designed for relaxation, stress relief and improved circulation using light to medium pressure. Perfect for first-timers or someone who just needs a way to unwind.
What is involved:
A short 2-5 min consultation to identify any areas of concern that need to be targeted and to ensure that the treatment and time is appropriate.
The remainder of the time will be spent providing the massage, with the remaining 5-10 minutes left for getting dressed and taking care of payment.

Remedial Massage Therapy
A targeted therapeutic treatment designed to assess, treat and rehabilitate muscle-related injuries, pain and dysfunction. This service involves an assessment to identify the root cause of discomfort and create a tailored treatment plan to restore function.
This can involve a number of techniques including: Swedish massage, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques and assisted stretching.
This service can be claimed against your Private Health Insurance.
What is involved:
A short 2-5 min consultation to identify any areas of concern that need to be targeted and to ensure that the treatment and time is appropriate.
A general musculoskeletal screening, range of movement assessments and special orthopaedic assessments (if necessary) are performed, depending on the number of areas identified to be assessed this may take 5-10 minutes to perform
The remainder of the time will be spent providing the massage, with the remaining 10 minutes left for re-assessing range of movement, getting dressed and taking care of payments.

Deep Tissue Massage
A therapeutic technique focusing on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia to treat chronic pain, tension or injury. This massage focuses on major muscle groups and uses a very firm pressure.
What is involved:
A short 2-5 min consultation to identify any areas of concern that need to be targeted and to ensure that the treatment and time is appropriate.
The remainder of the time will be spent providing the massage, with the remaining 5-10 minutes left for getting dressed and taking care of payment.
